How it works
Print field checklists, visit the site, gather records, and then assemble a report by selecting sections of expertly-written text from pop-up picklists.

These sections of text fall into place to produce a report that starts with an executive summary and produces an ASTM compatible report with 20 to 30 pages of narrative that exactly describe the subject site.

The text has full-featured effects such as fonts, bold, italics, underscore, and justification. You can edit, print, export, fax, or e-mail reports.

Assembled reports are saved as Rich Text Format (.RTF) files you can transfer to any word processor to insert images, final editing, and print on letterhead.

Developer's mode allows you to modify the boilerplate text. Easily import text to create new picklist items, customize the picklists to your standards, and create whole new picklists.

A_COVER - Site location, executive summary, recommendations, passed items, failed items, and table of contents.
B_INTRO - Scope, function, purpose, objectives, certification, limiting conditions, qualifications, and ASTM outline.
C_ONSITE - Topography and site characteristics.
D_OFFSTE - Local infrastructure, energy sources, water, stormwater, sewage, zoning, and general usages.
E_STRUCT - Architectural origins and potential structural contaminants.
F_USAGE - Present and past uses of the subject site, and adjacent sites describing the types of contaminants these uses may have caused.
G_TITLE3 - EPA Title III - Section 313 (SARA Title III)
This provides details about specific chemicals used by certain commercial activities. (This will help in cases where you know a phase II will follow.)
H_AGRICU - Structures, improvements, equipment, crops, livestock, manure handling systems, irrigation systems, chemical uses, and potential contaminants related to activities.
I_RECORD - Federal, state, and local records of tanks, spills, leaks, fill dirt, landfills, and hazmat responses - past and present.
J_ENVIRO - Observations of the assessor during the site visit. Storage tanks, stains, odors, debris, junk, potential contaminants, drums, equipment, production activities, PCBs petroleum products, and other observations. Describes possible environmental law violations and liens.
