What is it?
So you're writing a document and wishing that you could choose sections of expert text from a pop-up list that specifically addresses the subjects at hand. Then you change to another pop-up list of items for the next portion of the report. "I wish I could write the whole report this way, you say."

Well, you can write the whole report this way!

No more searching through old files to cut-and-paste text over and over. Where is that specific text you wrote last week? Paste sections of text into BPMtm whenever you run across anything you use more than once. Then it will be availble by its description from a picklist. You can even use our picklist system to insert specific text into your own document template.
How it works.
Print field checklists, if you wish, and then assemble a report by selecting from pop-up picklists containing sections of pre-written text connected to each item. These sections of text are inserted right where the cursor is located to produce a custom document.

You can have unlimited numers of items on each picklist and unlimited numbers of picklists. (Each item of text can be up to 64k in size.) The text can have full-featured effects such as fonts, bold, italics, underscore, and justification. You can print, export, fax, or e-mail reports using the full power of Windows.

Assembled reports are saved as Rich Text Format files to be transfered into your favorite word processor if you want to insert images, print with your letterhead, insert into records that allow for text, and do other fun stuff.

The developer's mode allows you to modify the boilerplate text. Easily import text you already have to create new picklist items, and customize the picklists to your standards.
